Ajithlal Thankanadar

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Ajith oversees the entire Solvitall business and Client relationship

Accomplished pharmaceutical research professional offering over 20 years of rich experience in providing expert scientific and technical leadership in the Pharmaceutical and CRO Industries, with an excellent record of setting up facilities and establishing systems and procedures to obtain approvals from major international regulatory agencies, viz., USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA and GLP.

His areas of expertise include pharmaceuticals, chromatography, mass spectrometry, operations, and scientific management.

Previously, he served as an Associate Vice President and site head at Par Pharmaceuticals; prior to that, he worked with SGS and Actavis.

Ajith holds a Masters in pharmaceutical analysis degree from The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University and an Executive PG Program in Management from the Great Lakes Institute of Management.



Dr Sridevi Muthusivam

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

As COO ,Dr Sridevi oversees the entire solvitall operations at site

A passionate visionary medical professional with two decades of clinical research expertise in phase trials I-IV and bioequivalence studies. She has hands-on experience as a GCP compliant investigator for more than 1500 studies for different regulatory agencies. Dr.Sridevi served as subject matter expert for different regulatory audits like USFDA,EMEA,ANVISA,ANSM,BFARM,WHO,MHRA, etc.

Competent problem-solver with proven capabilities of working in dynamic teams in a fast paced environment. Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills in building relationships with people from different organizational levels and cultures.

Dr Sridevi served as an Associate Vice President of clinical operations at ENDO Pharmaceuticals and Head of clinical operations at a reputed CRO in addition to her previous role at Lifeline Hospitals.

Dr Sridevi holds a medical degree from The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University.
